In our new normal, the health of other people is put first and the individual is getting lost.
I want you to know that YOU matter. Your feelings matter. You are important.
It's okay to feel disappointment with all the changes that have taken place over the past few months with the COVID-19 pandemic.
It's okay to feel anxiety over lost jobs and anger at canceled celebrations such as graduations.
You need to deal with your feelings, especially if you feel isolated and alone.
Reach out to family, friends and co-workers.
A true friend will listen as you breakdown in tears over fears of the unknown and guilt over your anger.
This is a stressful time and you are not alone.
